Declaration:

1. I hereby declare that all the information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

2. I hereby declare that I have never been involved in any criminal, financial, or unlawful activity, nor have I ever been convicted by any court of law. I am committed to serving society with honesty, integrity, and compassion. I pledge to support the mission of Navdeep Seva Foundation in the fields of animal welfare, Gau Seva, elderly care, and humanitarian service. If any information provided by me is found to be false, my membership may be terminated by the organization.

3. The membership fee deposited by me is non-refundable under any circumstances. I understand that if disciplinary action is taken against me due to misconduct or violation of the organization's rules, I shall not claim any refund of the membership fee.

4. I agree to perform the responsibilities assigned to me by Navdeep Seva Foundation sincerely and within the prescribed time. I understand that failure to follow the organization's policies, code of conduct, or assigned responsibilities may result in the suspension or cancellation of my membership or volunteer position.

5. I pledge to work honestly, responsibly, and with discipline in support of the objectives of Navdeep Seva Foundation. I will respect the guidance of the organization's office bearers and remain committed to protecting injured animals, promoting Gau Seva, supporting elderly citizens, and serving humanity with compassion. I accept that any disciplinary action taken by the organization for violation of its rules or values shall be binding upon me.
